Digital Arts 3

I learned many new things this semester in Digital Arts 3. When I did the bully poster on photoshop, I learned how to create vectors and choose a right type face. Choosing a right type face took a long time! But it was very important to find the right one. The next thing I learned was how to create a portrait by building up the page with lots of different and crazy designs on Corel Painter. The hardest thing about this project for me, was building up the page. After, we made a video of our progress, leading up to our done portrait. I also created a design for Threadless, but I didn't up entering because it looked like the hands were grabbing boobs. There wasn't enough time to create a new one or fix it. Overall I enjoyed being in your class, I learned a lot. YOU'RE AN AWESOME TEACHER!:)

Bobble Head

I didn't have enough time to finish the bobble head project. All I had time to do was cut the head and body out. I did this by using Photoshop. After, I had to upload the pictures on Adobe Flash to actually make the pieces come together and move. 

Project 3

In this project we had to design a t-shirt design for a contest on Threadless. The design I made was for a political contest. This project took me a long time to do and I really took my time on it. I designed the heart on Photoshop, then I took a picture of my hands and changed it on Illustrator. After, I put the two pieces together. I didn't end up entering my design because I got feedback by students in my class that it sort of looked like two hands grabbing boobs. I didn't have enough time to create a new design or else I would have.

2nd Project

Android Jones is a great artist, his designs are super cool! This project was hard, I didn't know where to start. I put the face on the side because there's a lot going on in the background. I enjoyed creating the face the most! For this project, the program I used was Corel

Digital Arts 3

This is my anti-bully poster, the message I chose was "Words hurt, think before you speak". I think the eyes really express the message. I worked with Illustrator to create vectors and then did the layout and color in Photoshop. I enjoyed creating the vectors. It was so hard to find the right type face!
